My name is Elvin Yavuz, an I'm a Change Management consultant. What exactly is Change Management? In a nutshell it's helping organizations and people embrace any sort of change they undertake. It could be new leadership, M&A, new software implementation, new strategy to stay competitive in the marketplace.

The theory behind Change Management is that no matter how great the change initiative seems in theory, no matter how much it's going to help your business grow, unless your employees are on board with the change and they embrace it, your initiative is going to fail.

Everyone goes through change. Whether they are in your personal life or in your organization. Change is hard and most times change initiatives fail.
